Engagement Manager, Financial Operations

We're looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to join our Financial Operations team here at Comcast. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, growing and managing customer relationships, while coordinating and executing projects and strategies in the Financial Operations space. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in customer relationship management (CRM) and be able to demonstrate your ability to drive customer engagement.To excel in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. You should be driven, passionate about customer experience, and have the ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions.
