Director, Employee Relations

Provide employee relations support, guidance and direction to the Human Resources organization and business leaders. Develop and interpret employment policies and practices. Monitor and research legal and legislative developments to ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws. Design and conduct employee trainings, including wage & hour, ADA, and FMLA trainings. Oversee internal investigations of employee relations concerns, including complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other work-related concerns. Collaborate with Comcast’s Legal Department to develop and implement strategies to reduce the risk of employment litigation. Responsible for developing and administering the Company’s employee relations and HR compliance programs and strategies. Counsels and advises business leaders and Human Resources team regarding escalated employee issues.
