  1. Develop and implement innovative and user-centered design solutions for Comcast's digital products and services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
  4. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and push the boundaries of user experience.
  6. Work closely with developers to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented.
  7. Collaborate with product managers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints.
  8. Take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution.
  9. Present and advocate for design solutions to stakeholders and communicate design decisions effectively.
  10. Maintain and evolve Comcast's design system to ensure consistency and efficiency in design processes.
  11. Act as a mentor to junior designers and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
  12. Prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  13. Ensure design deliverables are of high quality and meet project objectives.
  14. Continuously gather and incorporate feedback to improve design solutions.
  15. Embrace and promote a user-centered design approach throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or Computer Science.

  • Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision.

  • Proven Experience In Designing User Interfaces For Digital Products, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And The Ability To Conduct User Research And Translate Insights Into Design Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams Including Product Managers, Developers, And Stakeholders.
