- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design to continuously improve our digital products.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and provide feedback during the development process.
- Communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency across all digital products.
- Collaborate with product managers to define user personas, user journeys, and product requirements.
- Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and suggest new features.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
- Take ownership of the user experience and ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Ux/Ui Design, Preferably In The Telecommunications Or Media Industry.
Proficient In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Or Figma.
Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Experience Conducting User Research And Usability Testing.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
