
Training and Development Manager

- Develop and implement effective training programs for employees at all levels within the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create customized training plans.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps and develop training materials to address them.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Lead a team of trainers and provide coaching and professional development opportunities.
- Utilize various training methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
- Monitor and track employee progress and provide support as needed to ensure successful completion of training programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and tools to enhance the training and development process.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding process for new employees.
- Serve as a role model for continuous learning and professional development.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Or Telecommunications Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Effective Training Programs That Align With Business Objectives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
