
Training and Development Manager

- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs for employees at all levels within the organization.
- Develop training materials and resources that align with company goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of trainers to ensure effective delivery of training programs.
- Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand their specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Develop and maintain training schedules and ensure timely delivery of programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Manage the budget for training and development initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance training delivery and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR to integrate training and development initiatives into the company's overall talent development strategy.
- Mentor and coach employees to support their personal and professional growth.
- Communicate and promote training and development opportunities to employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant training regulations and standards.
- Continuously seek feedback and make improvements to training programs to meet changing business needs.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Successful Training Programs.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Facilitate Training Sessions.
Familiarity With Learning Management Systems And Other Training Technology.
