- Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
- Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address specific training needs.
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Coach and mentor employees to improve their performance and reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with HR to develop career development plans for employees.
- Manage training budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Utilize various learning methods and technologies to deliver training, including e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and interactive activities.
- Partner with external training providers to source and deliver specialized training programs.
- Monitor and report on the progress and impact of training programs.
- Conduct training-related research and make recommendations for improvements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning culture within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Trainers.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Facilitate Training Programs.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Training Programs That Result In Improved Employee Performance And Business Results.
