Job Description

  1. Develop and implement training programs: Design and create training programs that align with company goals and objectives and effectively develop employees' skills and knowledge.
  2. Evaluate training effectiveness: Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact on employee development.
  3. Identify training needs: Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization.
  4. Collaborate with department leaders: Work closely with department leaders to understand their specific training needs and develop customized training solutions.
  5. Manage training budget: Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  6. Conduct training sessions: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually, ensuring that content is engaging and interactive.
  7. Monitor employee progress: Track and monitor employee progress and provide coaching and feedback to support their development.
  8. Stay updated on training trends: Stay informed about the latest training techniques and technologies and incorporate them into training programs.
  9. Mentor and coach employees: Provide guidance and support to employees to help them reach their full potential and achieve their career goals.
  10. Collaborate with HR team: Partner with the HR team to align training programs with career development and succession planning initiatives.
  11. Manage training logistics: Coordinate logistics for training programs, including scheduling, materials, and venue arrangements.
  12. Ensure compliance: Ensure that all training programs comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  13. Develop training materials: Create and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
  14. Lead a team: Manage a team of training professionals, providing direction, guidance, and support to promote their professional growth and development.
  15. Monitor industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development and implement new strategies to enhance employee learning and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Techniques.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Employees At All Levels.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Successful Training Programs That Align With Business Goals And Objectives.
