
Training and Development Manager

- Develop and implement training and development programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training needs and create targeted learning solutions.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Utilize various training methods, such as e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training, to meet the diverse learning styles of employees.
- Create and manage training budgets, including tracking and reporting on expenses.
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously enhance the company's learning programs.
- Act as a mentor and coach to employees, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Partner with external vendors or consultants to bring in specialized training when needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address performance gaps and create solutions to improve employee performance.
- Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and other resources to support ongoing learning and development.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive proper training and support to be successful in their roles.
- Provide regular communication and updates to management on training initiatives and progress.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and development within the company.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning culture within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Techniques.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Training Programs To Address Organizational Needs.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Coaching Skills With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Motivate Employees At All Levels.
