  1. Develop and implement training strategies and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with department heads and senior management to identify training needs and create a comprehensive training plan.
  3. Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
  4. Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos, that are engaging, informative, and visually appealing.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and other assessment methods and make necessary improvements.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously enhance the training programs.
  7. Work closely with HR to ensure employee development aligns with career progression and succession planning.
  8. Manage and oversee the training budget, including identifying cost-saving opportunities and negotiating contracts with external training providers.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of trainers and instructional designers to ensure high-quality training delivery.
  10. Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance the training and development process.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment of training initiatives.
  12. Ensure compliance with all training and development related policies, procedures, and regulations.
  13. Communicate training initiatives and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes employee engagement and growth.
  15. Act as a role model and champion of the company's culture, values, and mission.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Experience In Managing And Developing A Team Of Trainers And Facilitators.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
