  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Comcast Technology Center, including building maintenance, security, and facility services.
  2. Create and implement processes and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the facility.
  3. Monitor and analyze facility operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  5. Manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality performance.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication across all aspects of facility operations.
  7. Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure cost-effective operations.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  9. Identify and implement strategies to enhance the overall user experience at the Comcast Technology Center.
  10. Continuously seek out opportunities for innovation and improvement in facility operations.
  11. Act as a liaison between the Comcast Technology Center and other departments, as well as external partners, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in operations management, and implement relevant changes in processes and procedures.
  13. Take ownership of any issues or emergencies that may arise and effectively manage and resolve them.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates on facility operations to senior management.
  15. Uphold the values and culture of Comcast through professional and ethical conduct at all times.
