
Human Resources Coordinator

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives, such as team building activities, company events, and recognition programs.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and career development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and make recommendations for process improvements and changes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and legal, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.
- Stay informed on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and ensure the company's HR practices are in compliance.
- Manage the HRIS system and maintain accurate employee data and records.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations to improve employee retention.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Human Resources Coordinator At Comcast Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Human Resources Or A Related Field Such As Business Administration Or Psychology.
Previous Experience In Hr Coordination Or Related Role: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Hr Coordination Or Related Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Employee Relations, Recruitment, And Performance Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Successful Hr Coordinator At Comcast Should Possess Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, And Have The Ability To Build Relationships And Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
