- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance evaluations.
- Support employee relations by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and legal regulations.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support employee development and training initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR leadership to analyze data and identify trends.
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in employment laws to ensure compliance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity and equity initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service to all employees, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR leadership team.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Coordinator Role
