Job Qualifications

Strong Technical Expertise: A Technical Lead For Afs To Acbs Role At Cognizant Should Have A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience With Afs (Asset Finance System) And Acbs (Automated Commercial Banking System) Technologies. They Should Be Able To Lead And Guide The Technical Team In Implementing And Maintaining These Systems Effectively.
Project Management Skills: As A Technical Lead, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing And Managing The Entire Project Lifecycle Of Afs To Acbs Conversion Projects. Therefore, Strong Project Management Skills, Including Planning, Organizing, And Coordinating Tasks, Timelines, And Resources, Are Essential For This Role.
Team Leadership Experience: This Role Involves Leading A Team Of Technical Professionals, Including Developers, Programmers, And Engineers. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Managing And Mentoring Technical Teams To Ensure Successful Project Delivery.
Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Technical Lead For Afs To Acbs Should Possess Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients, Stakeholders, Team Members, And Other Departments Within The Organization. They Should Be Able To Articulate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Banking And Financial Systems: A Thorough Understanding Of Banking And Financial Systems, Regulations, And Industry Standards Is Crucial For This Role.
