  1. Provide expert technical knowledge and support for the ServiceNow platform.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
  3. Assist clients with their digital transformation journey by identifying and implementing solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
  4. Utilize strong understanding of ITSM processes to design and deliver successful solutions.
  5. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow developments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  7. Take ownership of technical issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  8. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and gather feedback.
  9. Conduct trainings and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding and usage of ServiceNow.
  10. Continuously improve processes and procedures to optimize ServiceNow implementation and support services.
  11. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  12. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
  13. Keep up with industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow to provide innovative solutions.
  14. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to clients and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Servicenow Technical Consultant, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Firm.

  • Strong Understanding Of It Service Management (Itsm) Principles And Experience Implementing Servicenow Itsm Solutions.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Servicenow Platform Including Experience With Servicenow Scripting, Integrations, And Custom Application Development.

  • Servicenow Certifications Such As Certified Implementation Specialist And Certified Application Developer Are Preferred.
