Job Qualifications
  • Current Paramedic Certification: Candidates Must Have A Current And Valid Paramedic Certification From An Accredited Institution. This Certification Should Be In Good Standing, With No Disciplinary Actions Or Restrictions.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A High-Volume Emergency Department: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Paramedic In A Busy Emergency Department Setting. This Will Ensure They Are Familiar With The Fast-Paced And High-Pressure Environment Of The Ed.

  • Acls And Pals Certification: Candidates Should Have Current Certifications In Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) And Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Pals). These Certifications Are Essential For Providing Advanced Life Support In Emergency Situations.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills: As A Part-Time/ Prn Paramedic, The Candidate Will Work With A Diverse Team Of Healthcare Professionals. They Should Have Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Others And Provide The Best Possible Care To Patients.

  • Flexibility And Availability: The Emergency Department Operates 24/7, And The Candidate Should Be Available To Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. They Should Also Be Able To Work On Short Notice As Per The Prn/ Part-Time Schedule.
