1. Provide compassionate and exceptional care to pediatric patients and their families in the Operating Room department.
2. Assess and monitor patient's condition before, during, and after surgical procedures.
3. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

5. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care.

12. Stay updated on current trends and best practices in pediatric healthcare.
13. Mentor and provide guidance to new staff and students.
