  1. Lead and develop restaurant teams: You will be responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and uphold our company values.
  2. Uphold high-quality standards: As a Field Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food served at our restaurants meets our standards for taste, quality, and sustainability. This includes monitoring food preparation processes, managing inventory, and conducting quality checks.
  3. Foster a positive work environment: You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members. This includes promoting teamwork, resolving conflicts, and recognizing and rewarding team members for their hard work and achievements.
  4. Drive sales and profitability: As a leader, you will be responsible for setting and achieving sales goals for your assigned restaurants. This includes developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures: You will be responsible for ensuring that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures, including food safety and cleanliness guidelines, and promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
  6. Represent the company: As a Field Leader, you will be a brand ambassador for Chipotle Mexican Grill and will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, community members, and other stakeholders.
  7. Provide feedback and recommendations: You will be responsible for regularly communicating with upper management and providing feedback and recommendations on ways to improve operations, customer service, and overall performance.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends: As a leader, you will be responsible for staying informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competition in order to make informed decisions and drive business success.
  9. Support new restaurant openings: You may be responsible for assisting with the opening of new restaurants, including training new team members and ensuring that all processes and procedures are implemented correctly.

Job Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience In A Fast-Paced Environment: A Field Leader At Chipotle Must Have Prior Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Restaurant Or Retail Setting. This Will Demonstrate The Ability To Handle High-Pressure Situations And Effectively Manage A Team.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Field Leader, You Will Be Responsible For Training And Managing A Team Of Employees. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential To Effectively Convey Expectations, Provide Feedback, And Build Relationships With Team Members.

  • Knowledge Of Food Safety And Restaurant Operations: Chipotle Takes Food Safety Very Seriously, And As A Field Leader, You Will Be Responsible For Ensuring That All Food Safety Protocols Are Followed. Therefore, A Strong Understanding Of Food Safety Guidelines And Restaurant Operations Is A Must For This Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales And Profit Goals: The Field Leader Role At Chipotle Requires A Strong Business Acumen And The Ability To Drive Sales And Increase Profits. Candidates With A Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales And Profit Goals In Previous Roles Will Be Preferred.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: As A Field Leader, You Will Be Required To Work In Different Locations And Adapt To Changing Schedules And Responsibilities. Therefore, Candidates Who Are Flexible, Adaptable, And Able To Thrive In A Dynamic Work Environment Will Be Better Suited For This Role.
