- Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs for new and existing team members, focused on customer service, food preparation, and company values.
- Assess training needs and create customized training plans for individual team members and locations.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address performance gaps and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Facilitate group discussions and activities to encourage team building and promote a positive learning environment.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and promote career development.
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop career paths and succession plans for team members.
- Serve as a role model for upholding company values and leading by example in all aspects of the job.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and reports.
- Participate in new store openings and provide on-site training and support as needed.
- Communicate and reinforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Human Resources, Or A Related Field
Prior Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting
Strong Communication And Presentation Skills
Knowledge Of Instructional Design Principles And Adult Learning Theory
Ability To Travel To Different Locations And Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends And Evenings
