Job Description

The Family Support Specialist at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin plays a vital role in helping families and caregivers access the resources they need to ensure their children's health and well-being. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for helping families in need, is organized and detail-oriented, and has experience working with diverse populations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field, is certified as a Family Support Specialist, and has a minimum of two years of direct experience working in family support services.
