Administrative Manager - Research

Responsibilities:

1. Lead initiatives to ensure successful completion of research projects and administrative tasks.
2. Exercise discretion when handling confidential information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
3. Develop and manage relationships with all levels of personnel in order to achieve research objectives.
4. Proactively recognize and solve problems to ensure the efficient and successful completion of research projects.
5. Prioritize workload while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of research projects.
7. Monitor progress of research projects and collaborate with other departments as needed.
8. Maintain a positive attitude and motivate team members to achieve research goals.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant research and administrative policies and procedures.
10. Provide administrative support to research teams as needed.
