- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of financial data related to stock plan services, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and distribute financial reports on a regular basis, highlighting key insights and trends for management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data, ensuring data integrity and consistency
- Identify and investigate any discrepancies or anomalies in financial data, and provide recommendations for resolution
- Utilize advanced Excel skills and other financial software to manipulate and analyze large datasets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to stock plan services, and ensure compliance in all reporting activities
- Participate in the development and implementation of new financial reporting processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Communicate complex financial data and analyses in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting
- Act as a subject matter expert for stock plan services, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Financial Reporting And Stock Plan Administration.
Strong Knowledge Of Sec Regulations And Gaap.
Experience With Equity Compensation Plans And Stock Option Accounting.
Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Financial Data.
