  • Conduct regular reviews and analysis of financial data related to stock plan services, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and distribute financial reports on a regular basis, highlighting key insights and trends for management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data, ensuring data integrity and consistency
  • Identify and investigate any discrepancies or anomalies in financial data, and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills and other financial software to manipulate and analyze large datasets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to stock plan services, and ensure compliance in all reporting activities
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new financial reporting processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Communicate complex financial data and analyses in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting
  • Act as a subject matter expert for stock plan services, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Financial Reporting And Stock Plan Administration.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Sec Regulations And Gaap.

  • Experience With Equity Compensation Plans And Stock Option Accounting.

  • Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Financial Data.
