  15. Handle administrative tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance coverage.
  16. Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly stocked and maintained.
  17. Follow established protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  18. Continuously strive to improve processes and provide the best possible care for patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Or Registered Medical Assistant (Rma) Credential From An Accredited Organization.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Medical Assistant In A Primary Adult Care Setting.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Health Records (Ehr) And Other Computer Programs Commonly Used In Healthcare Settings.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Procedures, And Diagnostic Tests Related To Primary Adult Care.
