- Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on the status of technical operations.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Computer Science, Or Information Technology.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Technical Management Role, Preferably In The Real Estate Or Property Management Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Building Systems, Infrastructure, And Technology, Including Hvac, Electrical, And Security Systems.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Technical Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
