Retail Associate

Responsibilities: • Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services • Help customers locate products they are looking for • Ensure shelves are stocked with the right products and in the correct quantities • Ensure all products are priced accurately • Receive and process customer payments • Assist with inventory management • Ensure store is kept clean and organized at all times • Assist with setting up displays • Follow all safety and security procedures • Assist with resolving customer complaints and other issues
