  1. Oversee and lead the manufacturing and engineering operations of the Carlsberg Group globally.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and ensure the highest standards of efficiency and excellence.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a culture of innovation and quality within the manufacturing and engineering departments.
  4. Manage and optimize resources, including budget, staffing, and equipment, to achieve operational goals.
  5. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all manufacturing and engineering processes.
  6. Identify and implement cost-saving measures and operational efficiencies to increase profitability.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing and engineering to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  9. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the manufacturing and engineering teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  10. Represent the Carlsberg Group at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums.
  11. Participate in the development of long-term strategic plans for the organization as a member of the senior leadership team.
  12. Ensure the smooth and timely execution of all manufacturing and engineering projects and initiatives.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to drive performance and make data-driven decisions.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of the Carlsberg Group's history, values, and brand identity to uphold and promote its image and reputation.
  15. Act as a role model for the organization, embodying the company's culture, values, and principles in all interactions and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Manufacturing And Engineering Operations, Preferably Within The Beverage Industry.
