- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment used in the production and distribution of food products.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Monitor product quality and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of production and inventory levels.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers, and ensure proper storage and handling of products.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Keep work area clean and organized, following 5S principles.

Physical Stamina And Strength: Platform Laborers At Cargill Must Have The Physical Ability To Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Lift Heavy Objects, And Work In Various Weather Conditions.
