1. Operate and maintain machinery and equipment used in the production and distribution of food products.
2. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
3. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
4. Monitor product quality and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
5. Maintain accurate records of production and inventory levels.
6. Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers, and ensure proper storage and handling of products.
7. Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
8. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene.
9. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise.
10. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
11. Keep work area clean and organized, following 5S principles.
12. Continuously look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
13. Adhere to all company and industry regulations and standards.
14. Support and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
