  1. Develop and implement strategies for managing agency partner assets to drive successful partnerships and achieve business objectives.
  2. Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
  3. Collaborate with agency partners to understand their business goals and develop customized plans to meet their needs.
  4. Lead and supervise a team of asset management professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all asset-related matters.
  6. Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
  7. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members to foster growth and development.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends and developments in asset management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align asset management efforts with overall business goals.
  10. Develop and manage budgets for asset management activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  11. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on asset management performance and make strategic recommendations.
  12. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with asset management activities, taking proactive measures to address any issues.
  13. Stay current on all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to asset management and ensure compliance.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and expanding the network of potential agency partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Asset Management Or A Related Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis And Risk Management Principles

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing Complex Portfolios And Driving Profitable Growth

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
