Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, helping customers select products, and processing purchases.
2. Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
3. Respond to customer complaints or inquiries in a timely manner.
4. Maintain a strong knowledge of current fashion trends.
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
6. Assist in store merchandising and promotional activities.
7. Monitor stock levels and order new products as necessary.
8. Promote the store’s loyalty program and other special offers.
9. Demonstrate knowledge of the store’s product offerings.
10. Monitor and maintain security in the store.
11. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
