  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the retail stocking team.
  2. Create and implement efficient and organized stocking processes to ensure timely and accurate restocking of merchandise.
  3. Train and coach team members on proper stocking techniques and company procedures.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  5. Lead by example and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service.
  6. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster professional growth.
  7. Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure smooth operation of the store.
  8. Communicate effectively with management to report any issues or concerns within the team.
  9. Maintain a clean and safe work environment for team members and customers.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices to improve team performance.
  11. Manage scheduling and allocate tasks to team members according to their strengths and abilities.
  12. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
  13. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure team members do the same.
  15. Set and achieve sales goals for the team in collaboration with management.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.

  • Prior Experience In A Retail Stocking Or Inventory Management Role, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Leadership Position.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Inventory Systems And Procedures, As Well As The Ability To Analyze Sales Data And Make Informed Stocking Decisions.

  • Flexibility To Work A Variety Of Shifts And Schedules, Including Weekends And Holidays, And To Adapt To Changing Business Needs.
