Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to ensure excellent customer service and drive sales. • Monitor and analyze sales performance and trends to ensure targets are met. • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and maximize profits. • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure accurate pricing. • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • Monitor and control expenses while ensuring a high level of operational efficiency. • Oversee inventory management, stock control, and ordering of supplies. • Develop and implement staff training and development initiatives. • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members.
