Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Hr Analytics And Risk Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Analysis Techniques And Tools, Such As Sql, Python, And Tableau.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, As Well As Risk Management And Compliance Frameworks.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing A Team, As Well As Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills.
