  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of HR workforce administration and data management for Bristol-Myers Squibb.
  2. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data by reviewing and auditing data regularly.
  3. Develop and implement processes and procedures to maintain data quality and consistency.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to HR data management.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR data-related inquiries and issues.
  6. Train and mentor HR staff on data entry and management processes and procedures.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting of HR data.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in HR data management.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support HR data management.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR data management.
  11. Manage and maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
  12. Analyze and interpret HR data to provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  13. Prepare and present reports on HR data to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  14. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
  15. Manage and oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including data entry and documentation.
  16. Conduct regular audits of HR data and systems to identify and address any discrepancies or errors.
  17. Manage and monitor the HR data budget and expenses.
  18. Lead and support special projects and initiatives related to HR data management.
  19. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the HR team.
  20. Continuously evaluate and improve HR data management processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Workforce Administration And Data Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Systems And Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Employee Data Management.

  • Experience Working In A Fast-Paced, Global Organization, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team.
