  1. Develop and implement sales operations strategies for the Cardiology division that align with overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to increase sales and efficiency.
  3. Work closely with sales leadership to develop sales forecasts, budget plans, and territory assignments.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and supply chain to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and sales metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Lead training and development initiatives for the sales team on sales processes, tools, and systems.
  7. Manage and optimize the use of sales technology and tools to support the sales team and drive efficiency.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and guidelines.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline and enhance sales operations.
  10. Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  11. Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  13. Provide regular reports and presentations to senior leadership on sales operations performance and initiatives.
  14. Mentor and coach junior sales operations analysts to support their professional growth and development.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the overall sales process and contribute to the company's mission of improving patient outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Cardiology Medical Device Industry, Including Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Key Players.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Operations Or Related Field, With A Focus On Cardiology Products.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Identify Trends And Make Data-Driven Recommendations.
