1. Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for cutting-edge medical devices from concept to launch.
2. Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new products, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development decisions.
4. Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in product development and launch plans.
