1. Develop and implement strategic plans for supplier quality engineering to ensure consistent and high-quality products and services from our global suppliers.
2. Lead and manage a team of supplier quality engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success and professional development.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain supplier quality standards, processes, and performance metrics.
4. Conduct regular supplier audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, working closely with them to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
6. Utilize problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques to identify and resolve quality issues with suppliers.
7. Develop and maintain a robust supplier qualification and evaluation process to ensure only high-performing suppliers are selected.

9. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems for suppliers, including documentation and training.
10. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure supplier quality processes are aligned with company goals and objectives.
11. Prepare and present supplier quality performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting areas of improvement and action plans.
12. Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the supplier quality team and across the organization.
13. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards related to supplier quality.
14. Monitor and track supplier quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
15. Continuously monitor and evaluate supplier quality risks, and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies as needed.
