
Reliability, Maintainability, and System Health Engineer

- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the reliability and maintainability of aircraft systems.
- Conduct thorough analysis and testing of systems to identify potential issues and improve overall system health.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions for system reliability and maintainability.
- Monitor and track system performance and health data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain documentation and reports on system reliability and maintainability.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to system reliability and maintainability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in reliability and maintainability practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential system failures.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliability and maintainability standards are met.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on best practices for reliability and maintainability.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the aerospace industry.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure all systems meet reliability and maintainability requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for improving system reliability and maintainability.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance system reliability and maintainability.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, Such As Aerospace Or Mechanical Engineering.
Strong Knowledge And Experience In Reliability And Maintainability Analysis, Including Failure Modes And Effects Analysis (Fmea) And Reliability Block Diagrams (Rbds).
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Mil-Std-785 And As9100, For Ensuring Reliability And Maintainability Of Aerospace Systems.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Reliability, Maintainability, And System Health Monitoring Plans For Complex Systems.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot System Failures And Propose Effective Solutions.
