Scrum Leader

We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Scrum Leader to join our team at Bloomberg. As a Scrum Leader, you will be responsible for leading the software development team, ensuring that our product is delivered on-time and of the highest quality. You will guide our team in following Agile principles and Scrum methodology, assisting them to adapt to changing conditions and maximize productivity.To be successful in this role, you must have extensive experience in leading software development teams and have a proven track record in delivering complex projects within tight timelines. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team. Responsibilities:

1. Lead a software development team to ensure product delivery is on-time and of the highest quality.
2. Guide and mentor the team in Agile principles and Scrum methodology.
3. Assist the team to adapt to changing conditions and maximize productivity.
4. Monitor progress of development projects and ensure successful completion within tight timelines.
5. Develop and implement strategies for team motivation and performance improvement.
6. Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure successful execution of tasks.
7. Facilitate team meetings in order to identify issues, discuss progress and remove roadblocks.
8. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and other teams.
9. Stay up-to-date with software development trends and best practices.
10. Mentor and coach junior team members.
