- Provide leadership and direction to a team of healthcare professionals in the critical care transport setting.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Critical Care Transport Team, ensuring high-quality and efficient care delivery.
- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures for the team.
- Utilize strong clinical knowledge to assess and manage patient care during transport.
- Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and their families to ensure a positive and compassionate care experience.

- Serve as a liaison between the Critical Care Transport Team and other departments within the healthcare organization.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field
Current Rn License In State Of Practice
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Critical Care Or Emergency Nursing
Previous Leadership Experience, Such As Charge Nurse Or Team Leader
Bls, Acls, And Pals Certifications Required; Ccrn Certification Preferred
