  1. Provide leadership and direction to a team of healthcare professionals in the critical care transport setting.
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the Critical Care Transport Team, ensuring high-quality and efficient care delivery.
  3. Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures for the team.
  4. Utilize strong clinical knowledge to assess and manage patient care during transport.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and their families to ensure a positive and compassionate care experience.
  6. Act as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth and development.
  7. Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for continuous quality improvement.
  8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and related activities.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
  10. Serve as a liaison between the Critical Care Transport Team and other departments within the healthcare organization.
  11. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
  12. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and other professional development opportunities.
  13. Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a patient-centered approach to care.
  14. Adhere to the organization's mission, values, and ethical standards in all aspects of work.
  15. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Nurse Manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field

  • Current Rn License In State Of Practice

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Critical Care Or Emergency Nursing

  • Previous Leadership Experience, Such As Charge Nurse Or Team Leader

  • Bls, Acls, And Pals Certifications Required; Ccrn Certification Preferred
