- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to drive growth and retention of BetterUp's membership base.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform and optimize marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing initiatives.
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth and retention.
- Monitor and track key performance metrics and use insights to continuously improve marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer lifecycle marketing.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to drive results and support career growth.
- Act as a brand ambassador for BetterUp, promoting our mission and values through all marketing efforts.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Member Growth Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Cross-Functionally And Manage A Team.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Lifecycle Marketing, Preferably In A Membership-Based Company.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Customer Segmentation, Journey Mapping, And Data Analysis.
