Delivery Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Delivery Assistant to join our team at Best Buy. The ability to lift and carry large items is a must, as well as a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers upon arrival and assist them in the delivery process

• Receive and coordinate orders from customers • Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles • Ensure that packages are properly labeled and documented • Track and maintain accurate delivery records • Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor when new stock is needed • Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner • Process payments and keep accurate financial records • Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness of the warehouse • Assist in loading and unloading items from delivery vehicles • Adhere to company policies and procedures • Maintain valid driver's license with a clean driving record
