  1. Assist with loading and unloading appliances onto delivery trucks.
  2. Ensure that all appliances are properly secured and protected during transport.
  3. Deliver appliances to customers' homes within the designated time frame.
  4. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering any questions, and addressing any concerns.
  5. Install appliances in customers' homes, following all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
  6. Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on delivery status and any potential delays.
  7. Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  8. Inspect and report any damages or defects in appliances to the appropriate department.
  9. Collaborate with delivery team members to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and work environment.
  12. Continuously strive to improve delivery processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Best Buy, representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
  14. Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and delivery procedures.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Delivery Manager or Supervisor.
