Job Description

At Benihana, we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. Our ideal candidate is an experienced individual with a passion for cooking and a commitment to excellence.The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared with the highest quality and in a timely manner. The successful candidate will be a creative problem solver who can work well in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a high-volume restaurant. The candidate should also have a valid food handler's certificate, a basic knowledge of food safety regulations, and the ability to work with a variety of ingredients.
