- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere in the store.
- Assist in the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
- Serve as a role model for excellent customer service, leading by example and ensuring all team members are providing the highest level of service to our customers.
- Train and coach team members on product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring all products are stocked and displayed accurately and attractively.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
- Act as a point of contact for customer concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Prior Retail Experience: A Key Holder At Bath & Body Works Should Have Previous Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Management Role. This Experience Will Help The Key Holder Understand The Demands Of A Fast-Paced Retail Environment And Effectively Manage A Team.
Excellent Leadership Skills: As A Key Holder, You Will Be Responsible For Overseeing And Managing A Team Of Sales Associates. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential, Including The Ability To Motivate And Coach Team Members, Handle Conflicts, And Make Sound Decisions.
Strong Communication Skills: The Key Holder Will Be The Main Point Of Contact Between Upper Management And The Sales Team. Therefore, Excellent Communication Skills Are Necessary To Convey Information Accurately, Effectively Delegate Tasks, And Provide Feedback To Team Members.
