- Ensure that all stores are maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to store managers and employees.
- Monitor and control expenses within the region to ensure profitability.

- Communicate regularly with store managers to ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products and promotions within the region.

Previous Supervisory Experience: A Regional Supervisor At Baskin-Robbins Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In The Food Industry. This Experience Will Demonstrate The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Effectively.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Regional Supervisor, You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Store Managers, Employees, And Upper Management. Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Crucial For This Role.
Knowledge Of Baskin-Robbins Products And Procedures: It Is Important For A Regional Supervisor To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Baskin-Robbins Products, Operations, And Procedures. This Knowledge Will Help In Training And Overseeing Store Managers And Ensuring Consistency Across All Locations.
