Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor customer and employee activities within the store to identify and prevent theft and other security risks.
  2. Identify potential security threats and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
  3. Enforce loss prevention policies and procedures.
  4. Report suspicious activity to store management.
  5. Provide a visible presence for a safe and secure environment.
  6. Investigate incidents and complete reports.
  7. Respond to emergency situations and alarms.
  8. Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service.
  9. Work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Stay up to date on current security policies and procedures.
