  1. Oversee the daily operations of the office and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  2. Manage and supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
  3. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  4. Maintain office budget and ensure all expenses are within budget limits.
  5. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  6. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  7. Ensure the office is well-maintained and clean at all times.
  8. Handle and resolve any office-related issues or conflicts that may arise.
  9. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and other staff members.
  10. Create and maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.
  11. Oversee the processing of office invoices and expenses.
  12. Manage office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed.
  13. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the office.
  14. Plan and coordinate office events and activities to promote a positive work environment.
  15. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to office staff.
