Job Description

Barclays is looking for a passionate and experienced Client Service Assistant Vice President (AVP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to client service excellence, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to develop relationships and collaborate with colleagues across numerous departments. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and creating innovative solutions to complex challenges.The Client Service AVP will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring the highest level of client service is delivered. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a history of success in problem-solving and developing creative solutions, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field• At least 5 years of relevant experience in client service or financial services• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proven success in developing and implementing innovative solutions• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
