  1. Ensure accurate and timely internal reporting to support decision making and drive business performance.
  2. Work closely with the finance team to gather and analyze financial data and prepare reports for various stakeholders.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and provide insights to inform decision making.
  4. Ensure compliance with internal reporting policies and procedures.
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of internal reporting.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide support for cross-functional projects.
  7. Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for discrepancies in financial data.
  8. Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and trends.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to internal reporting and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members to ensure consistent and accurate reporting across the finance team.
  11. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure all financial data is accurately recorded.
  12. Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
  13. Proactively identify and escalate any potential risks or issues related to internal reporting.
  14. Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the finance team.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and find innovative solutions to enhance internal reporting processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Financial Information To Senior Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Finance Role, With A Focus On Internal Reporting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Statements And Reporting Requirements, Including Ifrs And Gaap.

  • Experience With Financial Data Analysis And The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Financial Information.
