- Provide high-quality care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, utilizing the latest evidence-based practices and protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor and assess patients' vitals, symptoms, and responses to treatment, and make appropriate adjustments in care as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following all safety protocols and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure the highest level of patient safety and quality of care.
- Act as an advocate for patients' rights and needs, ensuring that they are treated with respect and dignity at all times.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to other members of the healthcare team, sharing knowledge and expertise in cardiovascular care.
- Continuously participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with advances in cardiovascular care and maintain licensure.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, promoting a collaborative and patient-centered approach to care.

Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Florida
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Certification
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Cardiovascular Unit Or Related Setting
Knowledge And Proficiency In Using Electronic Medical Records (Emrs) And Other Healthcare Technology
